We worked with our clients to undertake a complete renovation on this home, and added more functionality with a garage addition, covered deck, and entranceway expansion.

Taking advantage of the incredible views, windows on the west face were enlarged to allow more light to be let in. We chose a solar heat gain blocking film on the windows to ensure the home stays cool during the summer months.
