13 unit multi-family residential, four floors of wood frame construction and two levels of underground parking. This was a high end multi-family project in lower Mount Royal, Calgary. This building came with standard finishes such as hardwood floors, slate tile, granite counter tops, all kitchens and baths, and stainless steel appliances. The exterior finish was exposed coloured concrete, acrylic stucco, brick and tindlestone. Citi West Development of Vancouver produced the land; McDowell and Associates and Peter Hailey Architects of Calgary produced the drawings and I managed the building from scratch to finish.
