Located in the beautiful Elk Valley in Fernie, BC, Elk River Mountain Homes founder David Hozjan takes his inspiration from his surroundings and applies his experience and skills to building homes that reflect the unique personality and desires of the homeowner. David Hozjan, Owner and Founder
David began his career building log and frame structures in Whistler, BC. His whole career has been in construction and construction management. David has continuously pursued academic studies to back his experience in the field. His professional qualifications include Construction Engineering Technologist, Journeyman Carpenter with Interprovincial standing and Commercial and Residential Property Inspector.
David has continued his education throughout his career to keep pace with a progressive and ever changing industry.
